Imagine this scenario: You’re looking for a new job, and spot the perfect posting at your dream company. You whip up an amazing cover letter and tailor your resume. Everything is perfect. You click the “Apply Now” button and boom: 15 screens of an employment application. In this video, I go into the why of the redundant online applications and provide some insight into the process behind it. You probably still won’t love it, but you’ll at least understand the logic. And knowledge is power, right? Enjoy!
